The American Health and Beauty Aids Institute

The Fred Luster, Sr. Education Foundation was
established in honor of the late Fred Luster,
Sr., who was a founding board member of AHBAI
and founder of the Chicago-based Luster Products,
Inc. The Foundation awards scholarships to cosmetology
students and college-bound high school students.
Over the past five years, the foundation has awarded
more than $90,000 in scholarships.
In 1995, the foundation established the Entrepreneurial
Leadership Conference, a conference dedicated
to providing scholarships and promoting entrepreneurship
among the best and brightest African-American
college students.
